Signing Agent Plus trains and certifies Signing Agents on general and specialized loan products. This is accomplished through completion of a course that covers an understanding of all loan documents as well as the manner in which to present them to the borrowers.
Those Signing Agents completing the course material on Specialized loan products are placed in our secure database only certifying them on these specialized loan products. All Signing Agent Plus members have the ability to upload their resumes, declaration page of their E & O insurance and a copy of their notary license. All of this is provided free to lenders, title companies and vendor management companies in a secure database.
In addition to a comprehensive understanding of the loan documents Signing Agent Plus trains the Signing Agents on loan closing etiquette and Signing Agent etiquette.
Signing Agent Plus is becoming the preeminent trainer for qualified Signing Agents in the United States. |
